How is pricing calculated?

Pricing based on:

  • Size: Width and height
  • Fabric: Different fabrics have different prices
  • Lining: Blackout/thermal add cost
  • Header Style: Some require more fabric
  • Features: Motorization, custom hardware

Do you offer free fabric swatches?

Yes! Up to 5 free swatches per order (4x4 inches). Ships within 2-3 business days. Highly recommended before purchasing.

How do I measure for curtains?

Follow our detailed guides:

  • Measure to nearest 1/8 inch

  • Measure twice to confirm

What if I measure incorrectly?

Important: We cannot accept returns for customer measurement errors. This is why we offer free measurement verification and strongly recommend using our guides.

Do you provide installation instructions?

Yes. Every order includes:

  • Tools required list
  • Care and maintenance tips

  • Roman Shades: 3-5 business days

  • Fabric Swatches: 1-3 business days

What are shipping times?

  • Expedited Shipping (US): 9-14 business days
  • Total Timeline: 12-19 business days from order to delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders within the continental United States qualify for free standard shipping. Please note that our products are custom-made to order, so the total delivery timeline is 12–19 business days (3–5 business days production + 9–14 business days shipping).

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the continental United States only. International shipping is not available at this time but may be offered in the future. Please check back for updates.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number and link
  • Estimated delivery date

What if my order arrives damaged?

  1. Take photos of damage and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@draperyus.com
  3. Include order number and photos

We'll arrange replacement or refund.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We Accept Returns For:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Damaged products (report within 48 hours)
  • Our measurement/production errors

We Cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer measurement errors
  • Color variations from swatches (dye lot differences)
  • Installed or altered products

How do I initiate a return?

  1. Email info@draperyus.com within 30 days
  2. Include order number and reason
  3. Attach photos if claiming defect
  4. Wait for return authorization

What warranty do you offer?

  • 1-Year: Standard curtains and drapes
  • 3-Year: Premium fabrics and Roman shades
  • 5-Year: Motorized shades (includes motor)

How do I make a warranty claim?

How do I clean my curtains?
