3-Year Limited Warranty (Premium Products):

  • Extended coverage for the entire system including fabric, lining, and hardware
  • Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge
  • Available for premium fabric selections and Roman shades
  • Applies to: Premium curtains, lined drapes, and Roman shade systems

5-Year Limited Warranty (Motorized Products):

  • Comprehensive coverage for the entire motorized system
  • Manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge
  • Includes motor, electronic components, and remote control coverage
  • Applies to: Motorized shades, automated curtain tracks, and smart home integration systems

What Is Covered Under Warranty

Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that existed at the time of manufacture:

Fabric & Material Defects:

  • Tears, holes, or significant flaws in the fabric present upon delivery
  • Manufacturing defects in fabric weave or texture
  • Premature fabric deterioration due to manufacturing defect (not normal wear)
  • Lining separation or detachment due to poor construction

Construction & Workmanship Issues:

  • Unraveling seams or loose hems due to poor stitching
  • Incorrect measurements (when we made the error, not customer measurement errors)
  • Missing components or hardware
  • Improper assembly or construction defects

Hardware & Component Failures:

  • Defective grommets, hooks, rings, or mounting hardware
  • Broken or malfunctioning curtain rods or tracks (if purchased from us)
  • Defective lifting mechanisms for shades
  • Motor failure or electronic control issues (for motorized products)
  • Remote control malfunctions (for motorized products)

Color & Finish Issues:

  • Significant color discrepancy from ordered fabric (beyond normal dye lot variation)
  • Premature fading due to manufacturing defect (not sun exposure)
  • Finish defects present upon delivery

What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty

This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

Normal Wear & Tear:

  • Gradual fading from sunlight exposure over time
  • Natural fraying of fabric edges with regular use
  • Normal loss of color intensity over extended periods
  • Deterioration of operation mechanisms with regular use
  • Dust accumulation or general soiling

Environmental & External Damage:

  • Water damage, moisture exposure, or humidity-related issues
  • Mold, mildew, or bacterial growth
  • Damage from insects, rodents, or pets
  • Smoke damage or odor absorption
  • Damage from extreme temperatures or weather conditions

Installation & Use Issues:

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or failure to follow provided instructions
  • Improper mounting or inadequate support structures
  • Damage from excessive force or rough handling
  • Misuse, abuse, or negligence
  • Use of products for purposes other than intended

Unauthorized Modifications:

  • Any damages caused by modifying, altering, or customizing the products without authorization
  • Attempted repairs by unauthorized persons
  • Use of non-original replacement parts
  • Removal or alteration of original components

Cleaning & Maintenance:

  • Damage from improper cleaning methods
  • Use of harsh chemicals, bleach, or inappropriate cleaning products
  • Shrinkage from washing (if care instructions were not followed)
  • Damage from dry cleaning (unless specifically recommended)

Customer Responsibility:

  • Measurement errors provided by the customer
  • Wrong fabric or color selection by customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Slight variations in color between fabric swatches and final products due to natural dye lot differences

Other Exclusions:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third parties
  • Products that have been discontinued or are no longer available
  • Consequential or incidental damages (e.g., damage to walls, furniture, or other property)
  • Labor costs for removal or reinstallation

Important Notes:

  • This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
  • Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all warranty claims
  • This warranty does not guarantee that products won't become obsolete or discontinued in the future

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to your address, as confirmed by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

  • If delivery date cannot be confirmed, the warranty period begins 30 days after the ship date
